Bontoni project Update 2
- 8 hours stripping with Saphir Reno'Mat. The base is Olive.... (Luxury ateliers often begin with olive-tanned (olive-toned crust leather) before applying a patina because it provides the best chromatic control, depth potential, and aging behavior).
- Filled the cut with Angelus leather filler.
- Than applied a pass of 5 to 1 ratio of Angelus Oxblood... unfortunately, the dye was absorbing into the cut. I re-applied filler and now will let the dye set.
Next steps:
4.I'm thinking I will do an alcohol wipe to slightly lighten up the oxblood undertones
5. Will be a 4 to 1 pass of chocolate
