Training alone
Gust moved to the U.S.A. for his dad's job. He used to train Rishinjuku karate with us in Belgium. 🇧🇪 Gust is young but very focused.
He has not found an instructor yet over there.
So Gust trains alone. Developing his skills.
No excuses.
Be like Gust.
Looking forward to him coming back.
Go through the courses. Tons of stuff to develop. Daily focus is a superpower in this modern age of distractions.
