I've posted about consistency and training on vacation...
But sometimes your wife is in labour and your buddy sends you a message he can come work on the staircase the next day and the plastic film rips and your entire house is covered in dust.
Harry Davies calls them 'life weeks' in which life happens all at once and you need to take a step back in training.
That's ok, and then when the dust settles (in this case literally...) you get back on track.
Make sure it's a strategic retreat and not an excuse for the next three weeks.
