Exams are usually a period where the dojo gets quiet, but it shouldn't be. I remember we also said that we should focus on exams, but why can't we take one hour to get some blood pumping away from screens? Keeping up your training will make you perform better at school. And let's be honest, we don't study 24/7 during this time. Keep focused on school, but also on healthy movement, good food and enough sleep! Good luck everyone 🤞
