Today we will talk about the first two videos of the Muchimi course, the two introductory videos of the welcome part. (Link to the course: https://www.skool.com/rishinjuku-karate-8304/classroom/889518a8) If you navigate to classroom you can find these courses. If they are locked, it means they are premium only. First click on the first video, and after watching be sure to check the video in the top right of your screen to keep track. I added some screenshots to explain the process. Later this week we'll go over the disclaimer and then from next week on we will discuss the classes. Do participate already to get used to the platform and maybe we'll have some discussions on muchimi already! I noticed that Jukuchou Murai says that you should use muchimi in combination with Chinkuchi (another topic for a course @Filip Swennen ?)

From tomorrow on we will start with the Muchimi course in book club fashion. You can find it under the classroom tab. Who's in?

Most of you have access to the free courses, but did you already go through them? We want to know: - Did your strikes get harder? - Did something inspire you? - Did you use something recently? - Is the course structure and quality what you expected? I've posted about consistency and training on vacation... But sometimes your wife is in labour and your buddy sends you a message he can come work on the staircase the next day and the plastic film rips and your entire house is covered in dust. Harry Davies calls them 'life weeks' in which life happens all at once and you need to take a step back in training. That's ok, and then when the dust settles (in this case literally...) you get back on track. Make sure it's a strategic retreat and not an excuse for the next three weeks.
