Personally I'm working on recovering my strength and conditioning from a series of whiplashes (freak accident during training and a car crash soon after that, really happy I didn't get second impact syndrome 😅).
Not just a bodybuilder split, but a program built for combat athletes and lots of information on the nervous system to explore.
