I'm getting back in the swing of things, meaning I'll start my strength and conditioning training again.
Not the typical bodybuilder splits, but also some jump variations and neck/upper back work.
Since so much of our movements are in front of us, thoracic extensions have been a game changer to add in.
And getting a strong neck is paramount to withstand the shocks we endure every day.
