Coaching beginners
I've noticed now with three other people that when they start hitting the pads or heavy bags that they get inflamed shoulders.
It's probably linked to the reverb of hard impact.
At the time the doctor prescribed me rest, but what eventually fixed it was going back to training. 😅
Anyone else any advice on how to address this?
Both in the sense of prevention and mediation?
