I’m seeking clarification regarding the CRM software. I’m currently not seeing any client information populating and wanted to confirm whether the CRM is only active for referral clients. Additionally, in prior years I was able to view when loan options became available for clients as well as when deposit dates were issued. This year, I no longer see that information reflected in the system. Can you please let me know if this is a known software issue, a change in functionality, or a setting that needs to be enabled on my account?

During our recent coaching call, Ms. Frank shared a simple but powerful tip! Facebook is one of the best places to find clients if you use it the right way. The goal is to join at least five local Facebook groups, but not just any groups. Be intentional and niche down!! Think about who you serve and where you live. If you speak Spanish and live in Dallas, look for groups like Latinos in Dallas TX. You can also niche down by life stage or work type, such as single parents in Houston, small business owners in Atlanta, or self employed professionals in your city. BE VISIBLE!! Comment, answer questions, and genuinely help. When people keep seeing your name attached to helpful advice, they start to see you as the tax person they can trust.
