I’m seeking clarification regarding the CRM software. I’m currently not seeing any client information populating and wanted to confirm whether the CRM is only active for referral clients.
Additionally, in prior years I was able to view when loan options became available for clients as well as when deposit dates were issued. This year, I no longer see that information reflected in the system.
Can you please let me know if this is a known software issue, a change in functionality, or a setting that needs to be enabled on my account?
