I’m seeking clarification regarding the CRM software. I’m currently not seeing any client information populating and wanted to confirm whether the CRM is only active for referral clients. Additionally, in prior years I was able to view when loan options became available for clients as well as when deposit dates were issued. This year, I no longer see that information reflected in the system. Can you please let me know if this is a known software issue, a change in functionality, or a setting that needs to be enabled on my account?

This is an update for everyone who has completed onboarding and submitted the Software Login Credentials Request Form. ✅ All tax software login credentials have now been issued for those who completed the form in full. Our admin team has followed up with a few individuals regarding missing information, primarily PTIN numbers. If you received a message from admin, please respond as soon as possible so your access can be finalized. At this time, all credentials have been issued for everyone who submitted the required information. Thank you for your cooperation and for staying on top of your onboarding steps.
