Expanding
After my TEDx dress rehearsal I went to make a reservation and a restaurant. Next thing I know, I was given a full tour of the restaurant, a choice of seating and a complimentary glass of champagne and appetizer overlooking a golf course. Way to expand my container! I made sure to put away my phone in order to be fully present in the moment and feel the regulation throughout my body. I will hold this feeling and reflect on it each morning. ✨✨✨
