Day 5 reflection
I realized in this that I don't know if I ever had a truly positive interaction with money growing up. Maybe not even until my 30s. There was always guilt or lack or whatever other negative attachments. But during this meditation I did not feel the emotion of any of those, I was simply able to just look at them as facts. This has taken a long time of discovering these money patterns and looking at my money wounds to be able to bring these things up without negative emotions attached to them. Also during this meditation after the breathing exercise, I had a vision of sorts. I have always pictured my soul as inside of my body even though I believe we are souls who inhabit bodies and not bodies who house a soul... But during this meditation was the first time I saw my soul as being bigger than my body and existing in a way so that my body was actually living inside of my soul. It was very powerful

Day 4 reflection
I'm really trying to make a post about what I discover every single day! I noticed today that my brain is fully on board, but my body is still trying to catch up. It was easy for me to be gentle with it though and remind my nervous system that it's okay and we are safe. I noticed that when I thought about posting more videos and being seen more, the thing my brain wanted to get stuck on was the parts of filming I don't like or don't know how to do. I love making the content but I don't have a good consistent place to film and I don't know how to edit yet and I'm bad at keeping my videos short enough to be shown to new viewers. I was able to just witness those thoughts

Day 3 reflection
I loved this one. Right before you said "Talk to this part of you and remember that these are just things you have learned" I literally had already just done that! I realized I internalized the old adage "Money is the root of all evil" except what I learned was "Money isn't actually the root of all evil, but the love of money is what is evil." And I was still carrying that around. Since starting the 30 day challenge, I have grown to love money in a mutually beneficial relationship. It also triggered a memory of getting basically my last $40 out of my bank account on a trip to Vegas for a cab ride TWENTY YEARS AGO and then immediately dropping and losing it. But this time, there was no emotion attached to it. I was able to remain the adult in the room who would be sad to lose $40 but not so devastated because that was all she had in the bank. I felt the same about the money is evil thing, no emotions attached, it just felt like a normal phrase and one that I could choose not to believe in

@Anna Bokova now I try to think of money the way I think of the clouds and the sky and sunsets. I love it and it's beautiful and I enjoy it when it shows up in my day! It's just a general appreciation without all the strings. Now it feels like money and I are friends and it wants to help me just as much as I want it to
Painful limiting belief
In my meditation practice something came up for me. Deep down I have always felt like I have been a burden on my parents. I have subconsciously taken this with me into my marriage. That has been blocking me from achieving my dre life which includes a career in the luxury space and having children. My dad used to frequently say, “I would be a millionaire if I didn’t have children”. Both of my parents argue and complain all the time about everything. I did not realize how much I had internalized these messages. Until now. I have subconsciously tried to make myself less visible meaning I would require less. Less attention, less emotion, empathy and care … less money. Now I am wondering what can I do to replace that feeling and fill myself up?

These are beautiful and important insights! Honestly just realizing this is a huge breakthrough in shadow work. Try imagining the younger version of you who first learned these patterns as a separate person (like a younger you)... Ask her what she needs to feel safe. It can be a wonderful practice
Day 2 reflection
I felt heavy in my chest and energy coursing through my limbs. I felt as though I can always easily make $1000/month, and would feel comfortable making up to $1000/week. But once it got to $1500/week (or $3000 paid biweekly) it felt like too much, like I could never make that much. My income has been "extra" for our family for many years and now I need to start making enough to live on my own so I am working on expanding my income ceiling
