My Experience : Regulation Phase
After the awareness phase, here's a brief of my mossssst important breakthroughs yet from Day 7 till 16 of the Rich & Regulated Challenge. I went from : 1. Believing money = my self-worth → money = a tool that adds into my already abundant life 2. Isolating myself till I FEEL ready → participating in life WHILE enjoying my business growth journey 3. Letting my fears take over so I can stay in my comfort zone → Understanding my triggers > questioning them > finding solutions > taking actions > building self-trust 4. Prioritizing the 'what, why, how' → letting myself trust the process without trying to control everything. 5. The fear of 'not being perfect' in unpredictable situations → Building a new identity for myself that does not fear the unknown. These are all crucial wins for me, coz without these shifts I'll still be going on with my life.. unaware that this was all happening behind the scenes. Incredibly grateful for everything I've learned so far, and what's coming šŸ«¶šŸ»

The call today was good. Guri, I’m so sorry I missed the end of the advice you were giving me. As you know I was on my phone and had moved to my car and my phone overheated and turned off just as you were talking 😩 I hope you continued so I can listen to the replay. Thanks for the call and breaking down each money type and the book recommendation. ā¤ļø

Hey RAR Society, Here’s your reminder to reset before entering into the next week. I’ve been taking more time to simply sit with whatever comes up 5-6 times a day. I still do my morning and evening rituals but what I have been finding is that reminding myself to relax and to be more present actually helps me to have a calmer+ regulated nervous system and it makes manifestation easier😌 So instead of just doing one practice a day, try doing quick 2 to 3 minute reset practices for 4-5 times a day. (You can use the 3 min meditation practice from the Regulation Vault in classroom tab) Then, let’s share our experiences in our next expansion call. This week, we will cover our Money Personality(ies) and start healing our money woundsšŸ’°šŸ’š Who’s in for this challenge?
