Good afternoon, I am a new member of this community and very excited to learn from others. We recently got set up with WealthBox after using the native CRM with Raymond James for the last three years. It has been a net-positive so far except one glaring issue - my custodial client information updates (e.g., new email for client) are noy syncing in WealthBox and I can't get help from either side to figure out if this is an error or a shortcoming of the integration.
My question, no matter who your custodian, is when you set up a new client on your custodial platform, does that new client show up as a contact in Wealthbox? And if you have an existing contact in WealthBox and make an update to contact details at your custodian (or your PMT), does that automatically sync overnight into WealthBox?
I don't think its a good idea to live in a world where we double enter client data?
