Looking for VoIP Provider Recommendations
Happy Monday!! We're reevaluating our current VoIP provider (Vonage) and would love to hear what others are using. Looking for something reliable, good call quality, easy to manage. Would appreciate any feedback on what’s worked (or hasn’t) for your firm. Thank you!

We've been using Zoom for phone (and meetings, instant messaging, SMS) for a couple of years. It was our fourth phone system in as many years and works well. Love having a unified communications solution. I hadn't previously heard of CurrentClient but it looks like a well executed solution.
System for Maintaining Email Marketing Lists
Any recommendations for maintaining email marketing lists? We use Redtail as CRM and have previously used MailChimp for newsletters and the like. Last I used the Redtail to MailChimp integration, it was broken and RT said it was not their problem to fix. I could try using Zapier but feels like it will be a lot of overhead / complexity (zap for a new contact, zap for a deleted contact, zap for an updated contact, etc.) Does anyone have any app recommendations to use with RT as CRM and/or consultant recommendations who can build out the system for us?
Efficient Way to Deliver 1099s
We’re looking for ways to improve 1099 delivery to clients. Currently we send emails to top clients and their CPAs with a ShareFile link to the tax docs that we’ve uploaded one-by-one. We send the same to other clients who request tax docs from us each year. An attractive solution to this inefficient system is to utilize a custodial integration with a client portal that allows us to bulk push tax docs from custodian to client vault folders. Ideally we can then direct clients (and CPAs) to the portal / vault to access. If you've done this, how well does it work in practice? Any other ways to address 1099 delivery? Thanks. Client scheduling software
We are kicking around a client scheduling software. Who do you use and does it integrate easily with RedTail/Wealthbox? Who should we steer clear of?

Another vote for GReminders. Calendly is also good- I would say less of a learning curve but lacks direct integration with Redtail and Wealthbox. I would steer clear of Microsoft Bookings (too complex and lacks basic features) and ScheduleOnce (last I checked it was overly complex compared to Calendly and GR).
529s
Anyone doing 529s and if yes, who with. Our custodian isn't interested.

We offer two solutions to clients- DIY or Delegate. Most of our clients reside in Michigan, so the DIY option is through the state of Michigan's 529 provider. We will guide the clients on how to get the account set up and funded, but then they self manage. For the Delegate option, we use Capital Group / American Funds. We handle everything and manage the accounts for 50bps.
