For firms using Zoom Scheduler, how are you implementing it operationally?
We’re considering using it so clients can schedule meetings directly, but with guardrails — ideally requiring at least two weeks’ notice so our team has time for meeting prep and portfolio review.
A few questions:
• Are you setting minimum scheduling windows (ex: 10–14 days)?
• How do you handle advisor availability without exposing too much calendar time?
• Are you using buffers or approval workflows before the meeting is confirmed?
• Are CSAs still doing prep or did you automate the meeting prep?
