Wheelchair Ramp Install/Payment
I own a rental property in Memphis, TN. My tenant recently informed me that she will need to start using a wheelchair and has requested that a ramp be installed for access to and from the house.
As the landlord, am I responsible for installing/paying for the ramp, or is this something the tenant would need to handle?
