I know plenty of firefighters that rely on OT and live paycheck to paycheck. Buying to many toys and just putting money into deferred comp

Memphis Section 8
If anyone has experience with getting your property eligible for Section 8 in Memphis or other markets, I would love to hear any tips. I'm currently inquiring with Memphis but it seems impossible to get someone on the phone over there!

Yeah we made our 3 bed 1.5 bath a section 8. Probably costed us 3-5k. But it was worth it cause it’s guaranteed rent check every month. My best rental ever since we made it’s section 8.
