Tennessee Annual Reports Due
Just wanna give everyone a heads up that if you have properties in Tennessee, that your annual report is due by April 1.

For Tennessee, I do it myself. Actually very easy. I go to https://tncab.tnsos.gov/portal. Log in to my account. Find my business using the search tool. If its your first time you'll have to input all of the info required. But if its your second, you just double check nothing has changed such as your registered agent. Then pay the state fee of $300. Takes only a couple minutes
Memphis Inspection Recommendations?
Hi all. Seeing if anyone has a home inspector that they really like in the Memphis area? The one I used previously is no longer in business.

Yes, This has been a busy week for me. I went under contract for my 3rd property. Im getting it all squared away with the lender and appraisal. Taxes have been submitted and waiting to hear back about those. One of my favorite parts of this is talking numbers with my lender Peter Skaggs at Innovative Mortgage Alliance. If that sounds a little pitchy, then your read that correctly. That guy's been super helpful with me throughout all of my purchases and always points me in the right direction. Having good people in place is imperative in real estate.

I like the business structure and tax side of things. How money moves. Tax strategies: paying your kids, when to establish and S-corp, when to initiate the augusta rule, how to apply for REPS status, etc. I love learning how to make the most money on the back end.(taxes)
