Still going hard on the book atomic habits and the single biggest change I've made so far is getting really intentional about designing my environment in a way that I am not set up to fail. Here are some examples of small changes that lead to big wins. 1. Getting an old school alarm clock. I used to have my phone as my alarm clock and that consistently set me up to fail with the temptation to scroll right away first thing in the morning or to check notifications. Safe to say that does not work. 2. Keeping my phone turned off an hidden - now that I have this alarm clock set up my morning routine locks in much quicker and avoid the loop of distractions. Currently just did the habits audit within the book and built out a morning routine that is documented. The piece i'm stoked on right now is that these habits are actually happening. They are all being tracked. And there is a sense of momentum that builds from following through on small little wins. Once you get those down you create mental space for bigger wins to come through, for more creativity to come through. If you haven't checked this book out from James Clear yet, 10/10 suggest it. Doing a book club with my sales team right now and they are all adopting his frameworks as well.

I've worked a lot with Mason by now and learned so much. He has had the biggest impact on my business growth out of all my coaches thus far. That aside.... something happened today that I wanted to share! I've been going from booked call to booked call with a prospect over months, and today was the decision call and before the call I got a text... he said "Gor you were great, and even though this is something that will improve my dating life, I'm gonna pass on this because I feel like it's not the right step." Thanks to @Mason Church I always book a call from a call. I never leave a call without either a follow up or a conclusion. And I told him let's talk on our call today. I thought I had done everything and didn't know what I was gonna do on the call. I quickly reached out to Mason and he put me at ease. The ONE thing that made this deal happen was what @Mason Church preaches to always do - isolate the problem. After months of nurturing this prospect and in the end having to follow up twice for a decision and getting a NO.... I turned it around and it was from everything that Mason taught me and reminded me of today. Big Thank You and HUGE shoutout to my guy @Mason Church - not just for his teachings but for going out of his way for us in the most impactful moments that others would not show up the same way. It's always recognized, and appreciated.
