Starting conversations that lead somewhere meaningful
Building and managing a live pipeline of opportunities
Creating access points for Mindshiftr to have an impact in the right rooms. Biz Dev Role in NZ - Can be remote
Have experience in high-ticket B2B, partnerships, or consultative sales
Know how to open a conversation without it feeling like a pitch
Think commercially and can spot a real opportunity fast
Have or can build a network in Auckland / NZ business circles
Self-Motivated - not afraid of KPI" S
Are interested in the human performance or leadership space
