This last month I've been reading atomic habits and it has been an absolute game changer. One of the biggest takeaways has been that are habits build belief which ultimately reinforces and shapes our identity.
So we can try to will our way to success and force our way to overnight growth. This can work but is usually followed by the whiplash of coming back to the baseline after pushing past a new high.
Or we can shoot to be better incrementally. Be consistent and let the compound effect do the heavy lifting.
