What‘s your workout program/ split?
I’m going to finish the Red5 Bench Monster this week and was wondering. What program are you following or what split do you have?
Dieting while lifting
Want to drop some fat but worried about dialing back and seeing the gains go away. What’s the thoughts to cutting calories while trying to gain strength? Should I just do more cardio instead of cutting calories to get Total expenditure greater or should I just cut back. The dilemma.
Caffeine before workouts?
Do any of you take caffeinated pre workout before you workout? I have used pre workout a couple of times but It always gets me super tingly. Also is there any good alternatives to caffeine that work well and don't give me the tingles lol

Weight when working out
Hey @Coach Red quick question. What should be the focus when I’m training? Adding more weight, time under tension, or intensity on the exercises. Right now I’m going to the gym consistently again but have lost a lot of my power(?) after a gym break. I’m focusing only on “low” weight but with more technique, your videos are helping a lot, and more time under tension. guys, whats your view on that?
