Hey Community! It's been a longtime coming, but it has finally come. An 8-Week Weight Loss program will be added to the classroom FRIDAY 2/27. It should be doable in every gym. It is beginner friendly, but infinitely scalable to higher fitness levels. It is a "weight loss" program, but it is entirely designed to increase muscle mass through strength circuits. The course will include videos and print-outs as a guide to success. With that being said, not all videos will be finished upon release, but there will be enough there to get you going for the first 4 weeks.
