I’m looking at this deal in Richmond, CA. Heavy fixer… Do I lock it up first then figure out the dispo to investors?
It’s a 2/1 1,352 sqft. My question is where do you find investors for areas you’re not too familiar with. Not even 100% sure if it’s a good deal. The numbers look like they can work but I am just not sure about if someone will take it.
Usually we jv with other wholesalers to dispo in the area but i’m open to suggestions. Lock up and figure it out or find some investors first?
