For me, the big win was signing a deal we’ve been working on since 2023. Crazy to look back and realize the first time I met this client was August 2023 — and now, more than a year later, they finally converted. Long game pays off.

2. What’s your ONE priority next week?

Get every deal done before the end of the year. That’s the focus, the mission, and the only priority that matters right now.
