- Or go visit local open houses to network with agents (they’re slow today too).
- Use the downtime to comp properties, tighten your buy box, and run numbers on everything.
For Parents: Kids stuck at home? Yeah… you’re cooked 😂Take them to an indoor park and network with other parents while they burn energy. You’d be surprised how many deals start with “So what do you do?”
