Indian Wells MCM: Needs buyer or investor

A member on my team has this stellar deal locked up. The overall condition is good to great, with many updates but lived in. Sellers are just looking to sell and move out. Similar homes are selling for $1,600,000+.

We are looking to dispo it at $1,225,000.

Our problem? It's the desert, things just taking longer to sell..
