Hiring: SD & Riverside Closer Wanted (Must Be Local)

We're expanding and I'm looking for the right person to join the team as a Sales Closer — specifically for the San Diego and Riverside County markets.

Here's the deal:

We move fast. We work pre-foreclosures and motivated sellers, and we need someone who can hop on a call, build rapport quickly, and get deals under contract.

You live in San Diego or Riverside County (non-negotiable — local market knowledge matters)
You're a people person who genuinely enjoys talking to homeowners
You're hungry, coachable, and not afraid of rejection
Real estate or sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude beats a resume every time

This is a commission-based role with real earning potential. If you're putting in the work, the income reflects it.
