May 1-Page report
I've been reviewing and trying to better implement the principles from The Science of Scaling. Working to define the 10X goal with an impossible timeline, use time as tool to identify the crux, and raise the floor by doing less of what doesn't get me to the goal.
Still a lot of work to do, but pressing forward.

FYI, I still use Chat for the first pass, but Claude makes a much better finished looking report.
