Are you a calorie-counter? Do you over-indulge when you only meant to eat ONE cookie or ONE handful of chips? Do you pay attention to how many empty calories are consumed by 'just one more' or something? Well if that sounds familiar, once you get health and fitness focused, you'll see everything you put in your mouth in a completely different light.

Week 4 Day 5 The Calorie Count On Snack Junk Food
Recognizing that empty calories consumed by snacking is stealing from the the foods we should be eating has been an incredible eye-opener. Counting macros can get exhausting and be a bit cumbersome at times, but once it becomes a routine, you quickly realize just how many macros are stolen by a little junk food here and there. They add up so quickly that a small handful of certain treats equal an entire meal replacement! What's your junk food vice? Mine is in the comments!
