After 2.5 weeks into this journey I'm deeming my mid-life health kick, I decided I might as well go big. Sometimes I try to avoid it, but it's who I tend to be. I've decided to take on a more intentional transformation, because I am driven by tangible results that are measurable. I have been taking pictures of my meals and witnessing the calories, fats, proteins, etc. that I have been consuming. It's eye-opening, really. It's amazing what you discover when you're looking. My intention journey begins Monday. It's an 8-week program and my goal is to stick with it no matter how hard it is. It's going to be UGLY. I'm going to be a HOT MESS (aren't most of us, anyway?), but I'm documenting it anyway. Too many times we watch others who seem to have it together. We only see what others allow us to see, and many times (in life, business, relationships and fitness), it's the final, polished result. I love seeing people's beginnings. That's where I'm starting.
