Thursday - Shoulders / Tri’s / Cardio
Warm up / stretch / foam roll 25 mins treadmill - 30 lb weight vest - 3% incline Did a high Rep, high volume of exercises for shoulders and triceps today. Kept it really late, working on gaining more mobility in my shoulders without straining.
Full body friday
Had extra energy to but today fellas Warm up, stretch, mobility Kettlebell circuit - 1 continuous movement Straight leg deadlift Reverse lunge (5 count pulse ea leg) Curl to overhead press 3 sets of 10 Deadlift 5x5 ss Hyperextensions 5x8-15 Ss Leg curl 4x12 Seated db curl 3x12 SS Rope push down 3x25 10 minute treadmill I’m taking my kids to the zoo today and I’ll wear my 30 lb vest while I’m there, I’ll post those results later! Get out and move your body! Honor thy temple!!

Fellas, I haven't posted my workouts for a few days, been moping about my shoulder injury but I haven't been slacking! Props to those who showed up to the Warrior Workout and went through the Kickboxing 101 session! So much fun!!! Today I did the following - warm up - 15 mins stretch / elastic bands incline db press - light - 4x15 ss Incline db flys 4x15 slow and controlled decline press machine - 3x20 ss low cable flies - 3x15 w/ 15 pulse reps at the end of each set 4.45 miles walk in 20 lb weight vest.
