5.21 Flow of the Week: Migraine Relief

The Migraine Relief flow is made up of multiple movements designed to help clear tension held in the head, neck, and shoulders to provide relief from pain and discomfort.
This week's session is a little bit of everything - stretching, breathwork, acupressure point activation, and slow meditative movements.
