Mark 5:25-34 describes how the woman with the issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus' garment and was healed. A few things that stand out for me: 🌿She had faith in the power of one touch of Jesus, a small, almost "insignificant" touch to most, but amidst the crowd (many people bumping and touching Jesus), He felt the power of her small act of faith and healed her. 🌿He called her daughter when society labeled her unclean 🌿Jesus doesn't always expect big, fancy displays of faith - He sees your small acts of faith every day. He sees your desperation, your silent call, your tears. He hears your small prayers as much as your big ones because He sees your heart. 🌿When she touched Him, the bible says He immediately knew that power had gone out of him and turned to the crowd, asking who touched him. There is a powerful connection between Jesus and us, and He feels everything we feel. 🌿That gives me goosebumps, because it means He also feels our sadness, worry, heartbreak as much as He feels our faith. Never underestimate the small acts of just reaching for the hem of His garment and saying, "I trust, I believe"
