Start here
New here? Do these two things and you're set. Post your intro below. Name, age, where you're starting from. Doesn't matter if that's a 5K PR or a knee that hasn't forgiven you yet. I want to know who's in this thing with me. A few things worth knowing up front. I answer posts myself; there's no team running this. This is free and staying free. If you decide you want more direct access to me down the line, that's what the paid tier is for, but nobody's pushing you toward it. Most paid newsletters sell you a content library and move on to the next subscriber. Not Done Yet works differently. When you upgrade, that's when I start paying attention. I'll answer your questions. I'll engage with your work. I'll spotlight what you're building. Everything I teach here, I do, and I do it alongside you, not from a distance. The upgrade isn't the end of our relationship. It's the start. Now go introduce yourself. I'm waiting.
Pill Form Creatine?
Because your Q&A was cancelled (sure hope all is well) I thought I'd ask my few questions here instead.... Creatine: you seemed to have recommended powdered form. What about pills? I have been taking a well-testing brand for a few decades (Life Extension) but am now surely increasing the dosage and when I ingest!
There's a Difference Between Scared and New
So I have to clear something up about my story. Most people imagine my story as a guy stepping into a gym for the first time. That's not my story. I had gone to gyms before. I returned to them at 275lbs and was scared walking from that parking lot. Which is funny because I knew what i was doing when i walked in. But knowing what i was doing didnt help with the fear i had of returning to a gym being heavier then i ever was. So again, this isn't the same fear someone who has never set foot in a gym will feel. They are afraid of more than just their body. They don't know where to go or if they can even ask. So while i can relate to coming back to the gym i cannot relate to someone that has never been to one. After coaching both types of people, the solution to the fear of going to the gym is simple. Go to the gym. Allow yourself to feel uncomfortable until you're comfortable. Do you fear going back to the gym after gaining weight, or have you never been to a gym? What's holding you back?
