Pill Form Creatine?
Because your Q&A was cancelled (sure hope all is well) I thought I'd ask my few questions here instead.... Creatine: you seemed to have recommended powdered form. What about pills? I have been taking a well-testing brand for a few decades (Life Extension) but am now surely increasing the dosage and when I ingest!
There's a Difference Between Scared and New
So I have to clear something up about my story. Most people imagine my story as a guy stepping into a gym for the first time. That's not my story. I had gone to gyms before. I returned to them at 275lbs and was scared walking from that parking lot. Which is funny because I knew what i was doing when i walked in. But knowing what i was doing didnt help with the fear i had of returning to a gym being heavier then i ever was. So again, this isn't the same fear someone who has never set foot in a gym will feel. They are afraid of more than just their body. They don't know where to go or if they can even ask. So while i can relate to coming back to the gym i cannot relate to someone that has never been to one. After coaching both types of people, the solution to the fear of going to the gym is simple. Go to the gym. Allow yourself to feel uncomfortable until you're comfortable. Do you fear going back to the gym after gaining weight, or have you never been to a gym? What's holding you back?

@B C "Me Too"... the same break in lifting and coming back because of bone density diminishing. And because of the desire to remain strong in older age. But well past menopause!
Tonights Q&A
I had something come up so will have to cancel this at 7 tonight. If this is something people have an interest in, let me know below and I will reschedule them. If another time is better, let mew know that too.

I am interested, and planned to be there--but could easily ask questions (and read other's ??) right here on Skool as well.

I am concerned about the inability to get enough leucine availability before bedtime. I am getting enough protein and crossing the L threshold through three meals a day and snacks. (Thanks to you.) I think your book said that the most important thing is the daily threshold crossing… But to TRY for the bedtime component also. Could you clarify? Plus more detail of how important it is if I am missing that my time element? …I am a 69 yr old female, 5’7” at 130 lbs now.

@John Harris Thanks so much for your detailed reply! The protein shake at that time is much more manageable... and it appears if I miss it occasionally--not such a big deal as long as the day's total was good. 🙏
