I met one of you!
I got to meet the wonderful @Heather Laurie in Picton, New Zealand! We are both wandering for a year and got to collide at the beginning of what feels like a new country landing in the south. In proper fashion, we skipped small talk and got right to the wild, wonderful and weird accumulation of life that lead us to this grand adventure. I’m overjoyed In the immediate aftermath of our chat that she was sharing ways she saw new opportunity to break her comfort zone, strike new conversation and maximize connection! Our way of travel can have its lonely moments, yet there is an entire world of stories and interest hiding within each other. We only had a few hours and a cool hike , but your presence and attitude towards life and reclaiming your boldness is very energizing. Can’t wait to cross paths again! And can’t wait to meet the rest of you folks and get my chance to brag about you too :p

The Power Of Finding "Your People" 🫂
Yesterday I had one of those soul-level conversations with @Dan 'Remmy' Stourac —part collaboration, part podcast recording, and 100% deeply fulfilling. We explored big ideas… shared perspectives… challenged each other… and it felt easy. Natural. Energizing. And honestly—that feeling still lingers today. For most of my life, I was the “weird one.” Interested in things others didn’t talk about. Craving deep conversations while everyone else wanted surface-level small talk. So I learned to adapt… to blend… to talk about things that didn’t light me up, just to belong. But true belonging isn’t about fitting in. It’s about being fully yourself… and being met with YES—ME TOO. 🥰 That is what communities like this have given me. Space for authenticity. Room for curiosity. Conversations that open the heart, stretch the mind, and awaken the soul. And thanks to technology, we’re no longer limited by geography. 🌍 Yesterday’s conversation happened across the globe—one side of the planet to the other—and yet it felt like we were sitting at the same kitchen table. THIS is what Skool is all about. Real connection. Aligned energy. Collective growth. 💙 Thank you all for being here. For being deep. For being different. For being real. 👉 I’d love to know: Do you feel like you've finally found “your people”? What did that moment feel like for you?

One month of gratitude journaling
Journaling is now my new favorite thing when I want to share something good or bad about my life. A journal doesn’t judge, a journal doesn’t question, it simply receives all the raw motions of life without any favors. A month of journaling has showed me that I can have compassion for myself, which I haven’t had in awhile. When things get tough or I’m in a slump I can bounce back quicker, I can see the good and everything I do, even if it was something bad and . I highly recommend a gratitude journal for anyone who wants to get out of a slump, out of a bad headspace and focus on reflecting inward instead of consuming from external devices, like social media, podcasts, books all the time for validation or advice. Documenting all the good things in your life is a simple act to rewire your brain to see the positives in life of all the things you do right and all the good you witness as well because there’s always good in the world you just have to look for it.🤗
