Introduction

and everyone, I’m Ray, based in the Republic of Ireland. I’ve followed James’s journey for the past couple of years and have just joined the group.

My background is in construction, project management and cabinet making, and I’m keen to develop my knowledge of property sourcing and investment.

Before committing to the course, I’d love to get your thoughts on how relevant it would be for someone based in Ireland. I appreciate that much of the content focuses on the UK, would the differences in laws, legislation and buying processes present any significant limitations when applying the training here?

Also, do you generally recommend starting by sourcing properties in your local area, or would building a UK sourcing business while living in Ireland be a realistic option?

Would be great to hear from James or anyone in the group who has experience of this. Looking forward to learning and connecting with you all!
