I am Alisa 👋 I live in Southampton and have been thinking about getting into property business for some time now. As James mentioned, I am missing the main thing - the capital to start, so I am looking into various ways to a) start learning property world b) earn that extra cash to then be able to invest. Our family just welcomed our first baby who is 7 weeks old and I want to use my maternity leave to also invest in myself and find new ways of earning.

I don't set hard goals as I tend to overdo it 😂 My main goal is to learn something new and extra pound is a bonus.
