What was everyone's main reason as to wanting to start deal sourcing exc ?

Ill go first, working a 9-5 for the reast of my life isn't for me. I am only 19 and I already know what I want out of life and the foundations of the work needed to get me to where I want to be in life.

A clear vision of the road map to my success looks like;

* Package and sell deals to investors

Reinvest profits into my own R2R service and build my own portfolio
End goal - Have my own property portfolio that consists of R2R / BRR. Alongside the deal sourcing company. I want the deal sourcing company to be consistently selling plenty of deals a month.
