Day 6 burpee challenge
Hit 5 burpees today til a cramp in the calf stopped me. Went to do a couple more and legs weren’t having it. Focused on hydration and on hitting 500 to finish out tomorrow.

Burpee challenge day 6
Cranked out the usual pace of 70 burpees and not a penny more. Us old people have to pace ourselves. Maybe for the finale tomorrow I will add a weighted vest. I do have to be mindful that my right knee is still under restrictions until December 2nd. We shall see. (Or maybe just another round of ruck mowing). Aroo! (430 for the week)

Let’s keep going my 300 Peeps!
I am SO proud of y’all, and I look forward to getting back to the gym for my snail 🐌 walks come Monday! 💪❤️ Hopefully, I can talk the specialist into allowing me to do some light weights as long as I’m careful and avoid bending over. 🤞 I’m also hoping he’ll let me at least walk the Sprint San Antonio if I’m still on light activity. Watching y’all knock out everything has me cheering you all on from the sidelines! 📣🔥 I may not be able to go full force right now, but I’m still here supporting my 300 peeps every step of the way! ❤️🐌 Keep pushing, keep grinding, and keep showing up! I can’t wait to get back out there when I’m cleared. Until then, I’m your biggest cheerleader! 💪🔥 #Project300 #300HardWay #My300Peeps #KeepPushing #StrongerEveryDay
