The Broken Advice Oracle
How it works: 1. First person asks the Oracle for advice. (“Oracle, how do I get more members to engage?”) 2. Next person replies with hilariously terrible advice. (“Post only at 3:17 am while juggling bananas.”) 3. The cycle continues with new questions and broken advice. Rules: - Advice must be playfully wrong or unhelpful. - No repeats. When you are finished playing, DM me "Mystery Gift" to collect your mystery gift.

Duolingo’s Retention Game: Watch This TED Talk & Let’s Break It Down
Duolingo doesn’t just teach languages — it teaches us about engagement. I’ve been using it as a go-to reference in my work, and now there’s a TED Talk from the founder that brings it full circle. Seriously worth the watch. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼: ➊ Watch the talk (below) ➋ Come back and drop one mechanic, tactic, or insight you think every community or product should steal from Duolingo 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲-𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 🎮 Game design isn’t just for games — it’s for keeping people coming back because they want to.
