So, I’ve been using this PurePlank for about 2 days now, and I will admit that my abdomen has felt a bit sore from the constant planking. That combined with my sleep schedule not being where I want it to be yet (believe me, I am trying — my sleeping disorder doesn’t make it easy) made me a little bit hesitant to continue my journey to being in better shape one minute-long plank at a time.
But I ended up giving myself the necessary kick in the rear to get out of bed and start doing my planks for the day; my goal is to have 3 minutes a day at a minimum, which I split up across the mornings, afternoons and evenings, but I found myself doing 4 minutes spread across today (two 1 minute planks in the afternoon/late morning, and two 1 minute planks in the evening/night) as a means of conditioning my body and staying consistent to my goals.
As for my dietary goals today, I’ve taken some time to enjoy myself today more than I have for the last few days — call it a cheat day, but I still managed to ask my mom if she could get me some stuff from the grocery store so I can get more vegetables and protein in my diet. One of them just so happens to be the peanut butter protein granola from Trader Joe’s, and it’s definitely a top pick for me whenever we go grocery shopping.

Do you plan on spending it with friends/family in the comfort of your own home, or are you going to Allegiant Stadium and/or Las Vegas to enjoy the sensational decadences that Sin City has to offer?
