What do you guys use for upscalling images?

Hey guys, I'm at the very begining of this journey...about to decide what setup will work best.

So far, I think I need: Canva, MidJourney, Paceit (mockups) and Erank. Any recommendations/feedback?

Main question is: what do you guys use for upscalling Midjourney images to the PS recommended res?
