Hi,

Just wondering if it's normal : have imported an etsy order for one framed 8x10" print on Monday morning, but it's still marked as 'in production' today Friday. It's my first order, and I'm not sure whether this is normal. Luckily I haven't heard from the customer (nor printshrimp...) Nothing serious but, are there delays at the moment?
