Shipping Price Change / Refund
Not sure if anyone can help. I have had an order come through that I haven't payed for through print shrimp yet to a country in the EU. I didn't realise my shipping profiles weren't set up correctly and I was charging customers for shipping in the EU so I have changed it.
A customer has seen the change in shipping and asked if I can change their shipping to free or to refund the shipping, which I am happy to do. Is there anyway I can do this? Or would I need to cancel the order and ask them to repurchase the print again with the free shipping?
