Setting up with Print shrimp

Hello guys, I just had a few questions. First of all. I have opened three different shops with Etsy and will be selling digital prints for download and also wall art. my question is do I need to have different emails like I set up for the Etsy shops with printshrimp or can I just give one email for my different shops? Also, how does print Sr3mm take the payments? Is it through the bank or a credit card? Lastly, the SKU numbers how do those get assigned when I am downloading from mid journey to my computer who assigned those I have to choose and assign or does Etsy or printshrimp do that?
