Printshrimp sending wrong orders?

Hey everyone,

Quick question — has anyone here had issues with Printshrimp sending out the wrong print to a customer?

I’ve just had a situation where a customer received the wrong design, even though the order was submitted correctly on my end. What’s strange is that it looks like they may have been sent a print from a previous order instead.

I haven’t had any feedback from that previous customer yet, so I’m not sure if the orders have been swapped or if it’s just a one-off mistake.

I’ve only recently started out, and things have just begun to gain some traction, so I’m a bit concerned about the impact of a bad review this early on.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? How did you handle it?
