Postage Costs ROW

Can anyone help point me in the right direction for postage costs to the rest of the world? I thought I had it sussed and set to charge £5.00 for these obscure places, but two of my orders were for Australia and USA and they got charged the £5.00. Great I've got an extra few quid, but the reality is that might put buyers off as most will offer free delivery.
